Malindi Industries is a pioneer in agro processing in kenya having started in 1986 processing cotton seed into cooking oil and cake for animal feeds. It then ventured into coconut oil in the 90s using 'copra'(dried coconut). In 2015 the COCOPURE brand was born with one product, virgin coconut oil at a time the East African market was lacking top quality oil. we later introduced our superfoods Moringa powder and Baobab powders. we pride ourselves that they are all organic. we wanted to utilise locally grown raw materials and we are proud to say that we now produce 7 different types of oils ( virgin coconut, coconut, sesame, neem, baobab, black castor and moringa oil). All with raw materials sources locally supporting thousand of farming communities in the kilifi and surrounding region.
