The creation of Malman Real Estate was a natural progression for Jake, who previously was a broker associate at NAI Shames Makovsky since 2016. During his time at NAI Shames Makovsky, he brokered many high-profile transactions and was involved in over 5 million square feet of transactions, exceeding a total value of $150m. As of 2025, Jake has brokered more than $300m of transactions. In his new role as Managing Partner and founder of Malman Real Estate, Jake will leverage his relationships and transacting experience, providing a high-quality experience for his clients. Malman Real Estate is seeking buyer, seller, tenant and landlord representation opportunities – in all asset types and transaction values. The firm’s focus is on investment sales opportunities through buyer/seller representation and can provide excellent service to their clients throughout the process. Malman Real Estate also offers full service commercial property management with a high level of service and management expertise.
