Recognizing the growing need for supporting individuals and organizations in developing their cultural competencies we created MALPIS – a company whose mission is to help you bridge the cultural gap and make the most of your intercultural experiences. MALPIS is an India based company involved in imparting knowledge about intercultural skills to universities and companies. We have our branches in Europe (Germany, Poland) as well as collaborations with other German, Polish and international companies. We have a panel of experienced intercultural trainers with at least 10 years of experience, who are well familiarized (among others) with Indian, German, and Polish cultures. Our trainers have been successfully teaching well known multinational companies and universities.
