Mam & Co, India's first Coconut Wax Candle, founded in 2023 by our Founder, Mamata Temkar, who hails her childhood memory of watching Coconut trees all along the coastal line of Konkan in her native every summer vacay. The urge to make this hero tree fruit a part of living came from a basic search for good candles during the time of Diwali back in 2019. She was looking for something that is sustainable and does not hamper health. In the market full of paraffin, artificial fragrances & cheap grade soy wax candles, there was born Mam & Co. with a range of Coconut Wax Candles. The word "Mam" in Sanskrit means Me/ My. Correlated to a complete indulgence of oneself in the moment of self care & self love. With a vision of making personal care & well being more important that enhances the quality of life through sustainable living, not only limited to candles, the Founder then decided to expand into body care products that are made with a key ingredient "Coconut" & other natural ingredients. Today, Mam & Co. is India's first Coconut Wax Candle Makers along with growing body care products. Seven years up the road, Mam & Co. has a clear vision to bring Coconut Products as a part of cultural conversations for the younger generation, lifestyle influencers, formulators, and a lot of many segments.
