Mama Doula

Mama Doula provides personalised care during your pregnancy, birth, postpartum and on into your motherhood journey. Based in Aargau and Zürich, Switzerland. Services are offered face-to-face and online. As Doula I support you during pregnancy to prepare for an an empowered birth that leaves you feeling strong and positive, whatever happens. Together we will create a beautiful personalised plan for a nourishing Postpartum Sanctuary in your own home. A time and space which allows you to heal deeply, bond with your baby and rest. As a Mothers Circle Guide, I support women in all stages to their motherhood journey to connect and build communities of support. Particularly expat women in Switzerland. We were never supposed to mother in isolation and Mothers Circles support women as they venture back into the world reshaped as mothers, rediscovering who they are. Whether your baby is new born or fully grown, Circles are a place of calm, refuge and support for all mothers.
