Mana Practice is a health and well-being company that harnesses the potential of natural medicine to help patients improve their mental, emotional and physical health. I am the founder of the company and a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist. My aim is to get to the root of health problems rather than simply addressing the symptoms. The mind and body are interconnected - the food we eat, the metabolic process and brain function are therefore intertwined. My emphasis as a practitioner is based on creating a balanced and bespoke naturopathic plan for each patient in co-operation with other specialist healthcare professionals.
