WellBeing LAB- a private workout space in the CBD of Tamworth with no intimidating mirrors, blaring music or complicated machines… it’s designed for everyday people that don’t like gyms but need a hand with motivation and accountability with personalised health assessments, virtual solo or small group fitness sessions. Mental Heath 1st Aid Training-(face to face or 100% online) The Standard Mental Health First Aid (blended online) course will teach you how to provide initial support to other adults who may be developing a Mental Health illness or Mental Health crisis until appropriate professional help is received, or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence-based Action Plan. This course is internationally recognised, and accredited worldwide by the governing body for Mental Health First Aid™, Mental Health First Aid Australia. PrompMate- We have developed a simple app to alert and Prompt men to have their annual 'grease and oil change' health check-ups (GP, dentist, dietitian, hearing, eyes, fitness tests). Men (males) are fathers, partners, carers, sons, grandfathers, mates and role models.
