Management Authority Waddensea

There are many laws and regulations with the intent to maintain and enhance the quality of nature in the Waddensea, a multitude of Management parties are a part of the execution of those laws and regulation. Because of the high number of parties the current situation has become increasingly complex and cluttered, both for the outside world as well as the management parties themselves and as a result there is a lack of effectiveness and efficiency. To counter this, the Management Authority Waddensea was founded to provide proces guidance, to provide structure, and to provide oversight and insight. This to work towards the goal of 'working as if we where one entity'. By doing so it is our belief that the requirements concerning the quality of nature set by laws and regulations can be met.
