Management Care Resources (MCR) is a small business compromised of professional experts who are highly effective and knowledgeable in the correctional healthcare field. We have extensive experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA) who have held multiple federal government contracts in the medical and correctional fields. Through our experience we understand how to manage the administrative functions for prisons and healthcare professional staffing on a nationwide scale. MCR Owner/President, Joe Gonzales Joe spent 6 years as the Sr. Vice President of Operations at a prominent Federal Government contractor that specializes in Medical Comprehensive Contracts for the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP). Joe oversaw the daily operations of a Business Development team that generated millions of dollars in revenue by building hospital and physician (provider) networks for the FBOP. Joe was responsible for building and managing a network of over 50 hospitals and over physicians nationwide. He led the team of Account Managers that facilitated the daily operations of medical case management within 17 BOP facilities over inmates.
