Management Effrective Cradles. I'm working on a definition of Sustainability, Project management and Co-operation as practical steps on our way forward to a and sustainable future. The knowledge and experience as shown is “born”, developed and applied in an industrial and international situation. Main items are-Sustainable-Industrial Activities. Industry has to do with investments with a relatively long pay-back period. Acceptable areas do have equal political, economical and environmental boundaries forming an ecological entity with a strong participation of local people-Assessment. To start an activity it’s important to assess the activity on relevant levels-Projectmanagement. A multicultural and international experience in project-management was the base for sustainable projectmanagement- Societal Marketing, to realize a direct communication between participants, people and authorities, about there contribution in an technological sustainable approach-Education. Projects on Strategical, Tactical and Operational level will need a coherence of and a cooperation between disciplines on and between these levels. Special attention was given to the relations in the field of culture, nationality, language and male / female operational experiences, As a result we’ve made tools for both the (industrial) partners and education. An important issue was the contributions of partners during the fazes of project- and chain- management-Cradle to Cradle. The most important topic in the near future will be preparing young ones for a position in cooperation especially in chains. Nowadays the main attention is given to product chains but a new future will ask for chains in international cooperation. We have experience in C2C (cradle to cradle), we found two main definitions of a cradle on two different levels-A bed for a baby-A base for a new cooperation. Who rocks the cradle will rule the world.
