Our firm is founded in January 2017 with a vision to disrupt a massive industry with cutting-edge machine learning techniques and software. MRC is founded by Elaine Ng, a renowned veteran in the HR consulting field and author of a new book “Giving Up Salary – starting HRBS & selling it to Mercer.” She founded and sold HRBS to Mercer in 2015. HRBS had offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing, servicing hundreds of multinational companies.
