Management Team Challenge

Turn training into experience through simulation. The simulation We expose the players to a broad range of material in order to immerse them into the game experience. Before the game the participants get generic information about the fictions company – its history, current situation, relevant people, organisation, finance. Additionally we provide learning units on management topics, e.g. stakeholder theory. At the beginning the participants receive a general briefing and are assigned to management teams, responsible for operations, marketing, finance, HR. During the game they will receive more and more information – more details, emergencies, requests from other departments. They have to cope with a variety of issues, focus on their goals and keep the big picture in mind. Just like in real life.
