Manager Making helps young, upcoming leaders in startups transition from being top individual contributors to becoming motivating managers. This requires a new mindset and set of skills. Manager Making helps equip first-time managers with interpersonal tools to collaboratively set a clear vision, communicate it positively, and organize to make it happen.
