What I do: I help people to Manage Change through Effective Communication. How I do it: I provide consultative, collaborative and advisory services. Coaching, Counseling and Strategic Programs. As a Keynoting business partner, I have delivered programs that tie into the identified corporate objectives. Who I do it for: Small to mid-middle-market businesses primarily in these industries - Healthcare, Educational, Financial/Banking and Insurance, and Hospitality. Where - Primary service area: Mid Atlantic region extended to Connecticut south to North Carolina west to Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. I have and continue to serve an international clientele. The Why: From cradle to grave, interpersonal communication is the fundamental means by which we can mutually achieve what we want. The WHY is the driver for what we wish to achieve. My philosophy: I believe that success is realized by placing a high value on strategic engagement. It is, for this reason, organizations call on me when they are working on a change initiative that requires the full engagement of their employees.
