Founded in August of 2010 and based in Miami, Florida, Manantial Market is a family owned business, restaurant, Colombian Market, Frozen products, freight forward, catering and a truly Colombian experience We decided to turn the normal logic of starting a business i.e. “to make a profit” on it’s head, instead opting to produce the quality of products that we would wish to eat ourselves and work that standard back to a price that our customers would be willing to pay. For Manantial Market this strategy has worked, our customers are getting better quality products together with menu originality ensuring they in turn get repeat business from their own customers - a self fulfilling partnership. Providing superior quality ingredients at fair value pricing restricts our ability to discount except in cases where very large quantities are ordered.
