The Mandala Chain Foundation (MCF) is the governance and operational arm of the Mandala Chain ecosystem. We are entrusted with overseeing the ecosystem treasury, stewarding governance, managing operations, and supporting community development. Our mandate is to ensure that Mandala Chain evolves as a public good, owned and governed by its community of token holders. While the broader ecosystem delivers business execution and enterprise/retail adoption, the Foundation provides the structural backbone: governance frameworks, treasury oversight, core infra, and operational stability. Our Role - Manage ecosystem treasury with transparency and accountability - Implement governance structures and DAO transition pathways - Coordinate operations across partners and stakeholders - Foster community participation and ecosystem growth - Help develop core chain infrastructure - Steer marketing initiatives and align partner entities Starting in Indonesia Indonesia, the world’s 4th largest population and a future top-5 economy, is where Mandala’s first sovereign chain pilots and digital identity deployments are taking place. The Foundation plays a critical role in ensuring these initiatives are aligned with long-term governance and community benefit. Our Focus In addition to governance and treasury, the Foundation is directly responsible for- Core Development: helping build and maintain Mandala Chain’s Layer-1 blockchain, sovereign chain frameworks, and identity stack- Infrastructure Stewardship: ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability across the ecosystem- Marketing & Adoption: amplifying Mandala’s presence globally, growing the community, and driving adoption toward 100M+ users.
