Our primary mission is to help individuals and small businesses with controversial tax collection issues reach resolution with the IRS and other taxation authorities. We provide tax preparation services for our existing clients, including E-File services. We also provide consulting services to other tax practitioners regarding various current internal collection policies and procedures. We are able to conduct financial investigations, research, and provide expert witness testimony in certain matters. We are federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and we are an IRS authorized E-File Provider.
