Founded in 2006, Mandalah is a global Conscious Innovation consultancy, the first to introduce the notion of purpose into business, recognized by Fast Company as one of the World's Most Innovative Companies in 2021. A certified B Corp, we have teams in Brazil, Mexico, Germany and USA. We focus on Culture and Strategy mandates for organizations across sectors and geographies and have served over 150 clients over two decades, including: Vivo, Nike, GM, Natura, Ambev, Itaú, Gerdau, ArcelorMittal, Unilever, Grupo Votorantim, Heineken, Kimberly-Clark, Danone, Stellantis, C&A, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, UNHCR, Kobe Bryant. Mandalah was also invested in Um Grau e Meio, a climate change startup that uses geospatial technologies and AI for the early detection of forest fires (exit in 2024). Previously, Mandalah invested in Cuidas, a health tech startup (sold to Alice in 2021), Smuv, a superfood-based smoothie bar (exit in 2020) and Human Experience Design, an experience design agency.
