My name is Nicola Murray & I’m an accredited EFT Tapping coach with a PhD in Employee Wellbeing, I am passionate about helping individuals & organisations thrive by reducing stress, increasing productivity & enhancing innovation. EFT is an effective tool that helps us step out of the fight or flight response & tune back into the executive function part of our brains – this makes it the ideal approach in overcoming a wide range of workplace challenges, including: Employee Wellbeing – Helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, & overwhelm while building long-term resilience.
