We believe that women can create a world where they lead safe, healthy and happy lives. When placed in a position of leadership and influence, women create a positive impact on the lives of the communities. With this belief, we are building Manjhi, an initiative that aspires to promote the safety and well-being of women and girls, especially in semi-urban and urban areas of Uttar Pradesh, India. We are partnering with like-minded community-based organizations to build knowledge and skills while providing opportunities for women to become self-reliant community leaders
