We provide senior Finance & Commercial consultancy and interim management with specialisms in commercial bids of large technology based product offerings, strategic planning and driving forward business planning including during periods of significant market or corporate change to include turn around situations. In addition we provide both executive and non-executive support to corporate clients over the broader commercial and financial management agenda in these difficult economic times. Our second offering reflects the core skills of our second founding member of the team as a provider of total IT support and maintainence of school IT facilities and specialist teaching support in school IT labs/suites. This offering includes both practical and pragmatic support solutions as well as creative teaching support to stimulate the minds of KS 1 & 2 age groups.
