Our services take place in client’s homes and their immediate surroundings. We have been in business for over thirty years and are the leading provider of non-medical attendant care for Alameda and Contra Costa’s Department of Developmental Services (DDS) respite and day care programs. Manos employs over 1,700 direct support providers (DSPs), serving over 1,500 individuals from a variety of cultures and who speak a variety of languages. Our company is 100% employee owned through an employee stock ownership program—an ESOP.
