The Company provides clients with outsourcing services related to human resources functions primarily in the areas of recruiting and workforce-intensive initiatives. As of December 31, 2014, the Company had 453 branch and 164 franchise offices in the United States; 197 branch offices and 12 franchise offices in Mexico and Argentina; branch offices in Southern Europe; 572 branch offices and 49 franchise offices, and 185 branch offices in the Asia Pacific Middle East (APME) region. The Company offers various brands, which include Manpower; Experis; Right Management, and ManpowerGroup Solutions. Under Manpower, the Company offers contingent staffing and permanent recruitment. Under Experis, it provides professional resourcing and project-based solutions for information technology (IT), engineering, finance and healthcare. Under Right Management, it offers talent and career management. ManpowerGroup Solutions offers Talent Based Outsourcing (TBO), TAPFIN - Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Through RPO offering, the Company manages recruiting and workforce productivity initiatives for clients through an outsourcing contract. TBO services include management of financial and administrative processes, including call center and customer service activities and accounting and payroll.
