Strategy, management for hire, analysis or due diligence assistance is addressed by Mantec Management, a business area within the Mantec Group. We generate productivity and profitability through: Per unit cost reduction through elimination of non-value adding processes and strengthening of value creating processes. Lower procurement costs, improved flow of material and/or information. Better management through deployment of well proven leadership tools and rigorous follow up and reviews.
