Do you identity as a haunted house? Or maybe you’re the final girl in a horror movie — the one who survives to tell the tale. I’m a psychotherapist who works with final girls and haunted houses to make sense of the guts of their lives. I specialize in grief and trauma, and incorporate both tarot and dream work into my practice as tools to help clients explore fields of psychic terrain. Grief and trauma can exist independently of each other, or they may be interwoven. But their commonality is that they can plunge us into a haunted present; a place that no longer makes sense. Grief and trauma create deep wounds filled with story inside of us, and these stories carry incredible weight. By understanding and processing these stories, we can create new neural pathways that open up possibilities for not only healing and integration, but for new stories to be told. My work is creative, attuned, and otherwordly. I work with clients 1:1 and as groups in the Final Girls Club.
