With more than thirty years of Architectural and Design-Build experience, Manzer + Associates' range of work have involved a number of building types. From residential and custom homes, retail stores, shopping centers, restaurants, healthcare, and community centers, Manzer + Associates work to create and complete your project. We also use our collective past experience to bear as the your governmental liaisons as needed. Manzer + Associates provide project management oversight for all phases of the project from inception through construction to project closeout. We are responsible for maintaining your project schedule, integrity and budget. We will manage the project support team, interface with clients, staff, consultants, principals and contractors and governmental agencies as required.
