My name is Lynn Tucker and I am a Certified Life Coach through The Life Coaching College (TLCC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). How I Help My Clients I help my clients to create and live their best life, by understanding what is holding them back and identifying the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. Using effective tools, models, and questions we focus on where growth is desired, review, and most likely reboot your thinking, move you out of your comfort zone to set some exciting goals and objectives. Processes and Techniques Some of the common processes that I employ include: visualization, affirmations, hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, meditation, relaxation, emotional freedom technique, finding limiting beliefs, and many others. Sometimes discovering your ultimate intention and clarifying how you want to feel helps to kick-start a new process of realignment. I use a holistic approach with my clients to focus on the route cause, this ensures each session brings you clarity, direction, results, and moves you forward.
