We are a rehabilitation service dedicated to equipping our patients with the resources and support needed to attain optimal health and well-being within the convenience of their own home. Our team is a group of highly-trained professionals that include physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, massage therapists and chiropractic services. At MAP Rehab, we understand that every patient is unique and requires a personalized treatment plan. Our Therapists work closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. Our team knows and understands that transportation and accessibility to and from appointments can be difficult. Our team comes to you!
