Mediation is no longer Alternative Dispute Resolution. It's PREFERRED Dispute Resolution - by far, the most preferred way for litigants to resolve disputes. In 1987, we became Louisiana’s original alternative dispute leader. Our prestigious Mediation Panel, including attorneys, retired judges and justices, has handled over cases, ranging from simple tort to complex class actions and commercial matters.
