Maranatha Global Ministries International MANDATE: Intecession, Evangelism and Discipleship OBJECTIVES: • Spread the Gospel: To actively and effectively spread the message of the Gospel to people in all nations, regardless of race, nationality, or background.( Mark 16:15-16; Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:14-15;) • Soul Winning: To actively engage in intercession, evangelism and outreach programs aimed at winning souls for Christ, leading individuals to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.(Proverbs 11:30, James 5:20, John 3:16, 1 Corinthians 9:22, 2 Corinthians 5:18-19) • Discipleship: To disciple and nurture believers, helping them grow in their faith, deepen their relationship with God, and equip them with the knowledgeand skills needed to live a holy and Christ-centred life.(Matthew 4:19, 2 Timothy 2:2, Matthew 28:18-20, Colossians 1:28-29, John 8:31) • Long-term Commitment: To instil a sense of long-term commitment in believers, encouraging them to persevere in their faith journey, uphold Christian values, and remain faithful to God until the very end.( Luke 9:62, Philippians 3:1314, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, Hebrews 10:36, Romans 8:35-39, Mattew 24:13, Rev 3:12, 3:21, 2:7, 2:11;) • Spiritual Fellowship: To create an avenue where believers can come together in unity and fellowship with God in Spirit and truth, fostering a supportive and enriching spiritual community that encourages growth and worship in an authentic and biblical way.( Hebrews 10:24-25, 1 John 1:7, Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, Acts 2:42) • Teaching Undiluted Word: To diligently teach the undiluted Word of God, emphasizing the importance of the Holy Spirit in a delivered life, providing believers with a solid foundation of biblical knowledge and a deep understanding of the role of the Holy Spirit in their spiritual journey.( 2 Timothy 2:15, 2 Timothy 4:2, Titus 2:7-8, Revelation 22:18-19) • Community Engagement: To actively engage with and serve the community, addressing social issues, assisting those in need, and demonstrating God's love through practical actions.( Galatians 6:2, Matthew 5:16, James 1:27, Acts 20:35, Hebrews 13:16, Proverbs 19:7, Mattew 6:2, Isaiah 58:10)
