March Fourth

In 2022, the tragic shooting in Highland Park, Illinois sparked a movement for change. What began as citizens coming together in grief and determination has grown into March Fourth, a nonpartisan grassroots organization dedicated to keeping all Americans safe from mass shootings. We use our collective voice both online and on Capitol Hill, educating, advocating, and lobbying for meaningful, bipartisan legislative solutions. Our strength lies in unity: we gather stories from across the political spectrum to show Congress that protecting lives isn’t a partisan issue — it’s a human one. At March Fourth, we believe action is the antidote to anxiety. That’s why we give every American an easy, direct way to contact their elected officials and make their voices heard. Our education arm, Aftermath, is focused on educating America about the impact of mass shootings and how to advocate for change. Together, we’re marching toward a safer future.
