Marea Inc. is a Human Capital Management (HCM) System Consulting company based in Alberta, Canada, comprised of 3 senior HCM Functional Analysts, each with 20 years of experience operating and implementing HR and Payroll systems (specializing in Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM Cloud). Also, we have tested complex HCM integrations with third party systems, such as ServiceNow, UKG, Active Directory and with various external Benefit Providers. We work alongside project-dedicated SMEs and module teams to perform the heavy lifting of testing, data conversion clean-up and validation, and the one-time cutover activities needed during the crunch time of go-live.
