Mareevuitton is the rebranding of my accounting business. I have been operating my own accounting practice for the last 15 years with clients ranging in various industries. I hold certified consultant titles with several leading softwares including QuickBooks, Pro Advisor, and Studio Designer. I also hold PTIN Status with the IRS for federal and state filing. While this has been a great way to operate over the years, it hasn't left much room for me to expand my book of business. I could continue to hire and train more people to work under me but I worry about the integrity of the work in a situation like that. I like that I know what is going on in everyone's business the way I have it structured but this was maxing me out on the number of businesses I can truly help. Over the course of the pandemic, I saw the number of small businesses who didn't have hard, financial statements or had them but they were incorrect, either because they weren't being maintained OR the person maintaining them was not trained properly and this is a HUGE issue because having incorrectly set up books then provides inaccurate financial information, which therefore creates incorrect information on what it takes to operate your business, job costs (when applicable) and paying tax on a wrong income total can make or break a business yet most small businesses will let anyone without any financial education or training set up their books and wonder why their business fails.
