Nieuwe Haverlandschool — Rotterdam (Dec 2024 – Mar 2025) Sales partner for the final release of this unique redevelopment project. In collaboration with Maarten Makelaardij, we guided buyers and completed the remaining transactions. Veurs Duet — Leidschendam (Sep 2024 – Jan 2025) Sales of 21 contemporary new-build apartments. We handled the full sales cycle, from project positioning to closing deals. Vlietoevers — Voorburg (Nov 2020 – Feb 2022) Full marketing and sales for a newly developed residential neighbourhood, offering waterfront homes, modern apartments and family-friendly townhouses. The project sold out entirely and has since evolved into a vibrant new community.
