Focus on Challenge was my main concern as an Executive for 33+ years. I woke up with curiosity and passion looking for the Challenge and finding and acting upon the limiting factors and constraints. When I decided to start my new career as a strategic consultant in 2018 I wanted to do exactly what I was asking for during those years of challenging leadership and management roles: I wanted to listen to my Client, Connect and Understand its Challenge and look for options and solutions user friendly and easy to implement and measure. In between I have trained myself in Coaching and Leadership by values@ Simon Dolan to deal better with transversal teams, digital Transformation and Future of Work. My Passion is to solve and support companies to reach their Goals. And it all starts by the People and Team´s Wellbeing and Wellness.
