Marigold Partners is an innovative new consulting firm providing high-quality advisory services to the energy, technology, and life sciences industries. Marigold’s primary focus is helping clients identify or build the strategic capabilities and operational excellence necessary to drive long-term, sustainable growth. We specifically focus on commercial deal evaluation, business planning and strategy, financial evaluations, due diligence, commercial process improvements, new venture development, market strategy, organizational development and management support for both high-growth corporate initiatives and commercial new ventures. The company is a collaboration of Peter Glynn and Houston Lane, both of whom have previous experience at McKinsey & Company in Houston, Texas. Initially based in Houston, Texas, Marigold Partners will focus on providing clients highly-experienced, hands-on strategic consulting services that are designed to create lasting impact and immediately executable solutions that address the challenges of growth in today’s business environment.
