As a coach I work with organisations, helping them with the development of their employees but also boosting the talent of the leadership teams to help them to maximise their potential. After spending the last few years in various and very different work environments, I have decided to undertake my own project, putting together all that made me feel that I was giving my best in all my different roles: help and motivate people to achieve their ultimate goals, aligning their actions with their real objectives. My intention is to offer my clients both my analytic skills and my empathy in order to help them to visualise their objectives in a strategic way, guiding them for the path to success. I am passionate about critical thinking and the personal development field and I strongly believe in how the combination of both bring us real empowerment.
