Founded in 2020, Marina Development Corporation supports internationally relevant SGRs in the development of high-end real estate projects in Italy. MDC is currently working with Namira SGR on two major initiatives: • Ventimiglia Waterfront (the “New Riviera”): an urban regeneration project featuring fine-dining restaurants, a luxury hotel, branded residences, and the creation of a school campus in partnership with an international institution; • Marina di Pisa: an urban regeneration project spanning sqm, including branded residences, a spa, a luxury hotel, retail and F&B spaces, and a club lounge.
