Marine Protection Systems (MPS) specializes in providing high quality sacrificial anodes to the heavy marine sector in New Zealand and abroad. Operating out of Christchurch, MPS has been supplying anodes for over 20 Years. Manufacturing both Zinc and Aluminium anodes to MIL Spec and Australian Standards, ensures that the hull of your vessel is protected with only the best anodes giving you the confidence that your hull is well protected. MPS has a wide range of standard anodes ranging in size from 1kg through to 76kg. MPS also designs and manufactures Cupral Antifouling Systems to prevent the build up of bio-fouling in salt water cooling systems, using copper ions along with either aluminium or iorn ions. Cupral systems are currently fitted to several vessels operating around New Zealand waters including NIWA, and Sanford vessels.
