At MARINE VALUE ApS, we deliver specialised marine engineering consultancy to ports, terminal operators, energy companies, and developers worldwide. We support clients involved in oil & gas terminals, CO₂/CCS facilities, and renewable fuels projects, providing safe, efficient, and future-ready marine infrastructure solutions. With nearly 20 years of professional experience, we help clients design, engineer, and optimise complex marine assets across the full project lifecycle. We are recognised specialists in port engineering and marine civil works, offering comprehensive expertise from early concept development to detailed design and implementation. Our services include: Marine studies and port layout development Concept design and FEED / EPC tender documentation Design of marine structures and terminal infrastructure Dynamic mooring analysis and ship–shore compatibility Second opinions and independent technical reviews We apply recognised international standards such as Eurocode, BS 6349, PIANC, and OCIMF MEG4, ensuring technically robust, safe, and sustainable solutions tailored to each client’s specific requirements. MARINE VALUE ApS was established in August 2025 and is based in Aalborg, Denmark. The company consists of: Bjørn Dannemare, Owner & Senior Civil Engineer Elisabeth Thor Straten Dannemare, Engineer & BIM Specialist We maintain a strong and relevant professional network and collaborate with other specialised engineering firms whenever it adds clear value for our clients. Bjørn is a member of PIANC Working Group 153C and serves as an external examiner for the Master’s degree programme in Civil Engineering at Aalborg University. He is recognised for a systematic, structured, and solution-oriented approach, with a strong focus on client needs and project objectives.
