Marinedream Foundation

Vision Marinedream was founded in 2007 by Julie Adams as she realized that the state of our oceans are in danger as they are fast degrading due to pollution, overfishing and climate change. After evaluation of other conservation foundations about their goals and missions, she realized that an important aspect, such as education, for most if not all foundations is a secondary activity and not their mission. Therefore she created the concept of the program Aqualife, which is an online environmental education series that discuss themes as pollution, climate change and biodiversity in the context of a water environment and which stimulate youth through assignments and quizzes to think and act in ways to improve our environment. Mission To create (online) educational conservation programs related to the water environment for youth to create awareness and stimulate them to take local action. Organize activities to take local action (China and Holland) with volunteers to protect our water habitats.
