Maritime Trainee

Maritime Trainee is one of the leading management trainee programs in Norway. This year 10 companies have joined forces to hire the brightest minds in Norway and give them a kick-start to their career. The candidates are about to (or have recently) finish their master’s degree in technology, IT, business, or law. As a trainee, you will be employed in one of the leading maritime companies in the world and will work in our most global industry, where Norway is one of the leading nations. In addition, you will be part of a 18months long academic program compromising of 5 modules in Norway, Singapore, Copenhagen and London. Maritime Trainee is a management trainee program organized by the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association. It was launched in 2005, and has since had more than 300 participating trainees.
