Marjinal Fayda is a fresh, young, online-born media outlet created by and for the new wave of Turkey’s post-2016 migration generation. Born out of a feeling of necessity to create a space to discuss, document, and archive the lives, struggles, and small joys of the Gastarbeiter 2.0 — and, of course, those who came before them. Through video productions, workshops, street interventions, and social media storytelling, we create space for migrant voices to be heard — with depth, humor, and honesty. At our core, we believe storytelling is not just about visibility, but about reclaiming narrative power.
