Mark teaches athletes, coaches, students, and leaders the mental skills necessary for them to perform their best when they need it the most. These skills include diaphragmatic breathing, self-talk, imagery, confidence, motivation, goal-setting, resilience, adaptability, and focus. After an initial conversation to assess your strengths and growth areas, we create an individualized plan that helps you learn to apply these skills. Mark meets with individuals and groups, both via Zoom and in person. Support, reinforcement, and continuing education are provided as progress toward your goal is made.
