My purpose is to help people make successful life enhancing changes using a variety of therapeutic and coaching techniques. This can include breaking life limiting habits, overcoming difficulties/thought patterns, alleviating symptoms e.g. improving self confidence, reducing anxiety, overcoming phobias, IBS, pain management etc. I run Mindfulness and Relaxation workshops ( a series of 6 sessions) for groups on a frequent basis. These can also be provided in a corporate setting. I use hypnotherapy, mindfulness, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP and coaching, with each client having an individually tailored package of care and support to meet their particular needs. I work in 3 locations all within easy reach of Nottingham/Derbyshire area and offer a free 30 minute initial consultation where we can discuss you goals and determine the best form of therapy to meet them. Effective therapy requires you to play an active part in your therapy. An effective partnership between client and therapist is crucial in achieving realistic goals. Flexible appointments are always available, including Saturdays and evenings to fit around busy lifestyles.
