Marks journey in real estate began at the age of 18 with his first property investment in Belmont and then moved into the industry in 1986 where he specialised in sales and property management for investment properties. Selling his business one month before “the recession Australia had to have” which struck in October 1989, Mark then spent two and a half years backpacking around the world, at this same time producing a movie of his travels. Returning to Perth Mark set himself back up in the real estate industry. Over the next 30 plus years Mark helped thousands of everyday investors create millions of dollars in passive income streams to assist in wealth creation and their retirement. Mark heads up a proactive team based in the heart of the action in East Perth which accommodates all facets of real estate including property investment, development, commercial, rural, leasing, management and overall portfolio wealth creation. Building on his mantra of "positive energy with the right intent", Mark's current team includes several team members with 10 - 20 years of experience. Mark's team are the only agency in Perth carrying out every style and facet of Real Estate. Mark is a known keynote speaker on property and investment related matters and is constantly sought out for his knowledge, commentary and advise on all real estate related matters.
