From 1988 to the present he served as president of MARK W. BOSLETT, INC. CPA. Provider of financial reporting, tax compliance and budgeting services for small business clients. He specialized in providing controller-level functions for businesses too small to have a full-time person on staff. He was responsible for personal and corporate tax planning and preparation services. His strengths include the implementation and streamlining of systems that, obtained time and cost savings, training staff to be more effective. This added value to the businesses and saved them thousands of dollars over the years. Mark has 14 years of experience as a certified business valuation analyst for clients in several different industries and in many different states. He is a member of the Certified Valuators and Analysts. He does business valuations for everything from buy-sell agreements and divorces to mergers and acquisitions and exit planning. Mark is a member of the Exit Planning Institute, Inc. specializing in Exit planning for business owners and advisors for over twenty five years. He is trained to form teams and strategies that help owners exit their businesses with the highest value possible no matter when they exit. Mark is a Chartered Mergers and Acquisition specialist and member of the The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors® (The Alliance). He is licensed to buy and sell businesses and has been involved in several transactions for clients both buy and sell side, including the purchase of his own business.
