As an independent proposition design consultancy, we helped the world’s leading companies create and launch new products and services by fusing together customer insight, commercial rigour and design experience. This put customers at the heart of the design process and our collaborative method built momentum to launch. Our clients included Boots, Aegon, Barclaycard, HSBC, The Automobile Association and RWE npower. Together, we designed and launched new services as diverse as an electric energy vehicle business, a revolutionary digital retirement planner and smart contactless mobile payment solutions. We had offices in London, New York, Edinburgh, Toronto, Sydney and Vancouver and worked with clients across the globe. In 2017, we became a business of Deloitte. Our ethos, approach and proposition design skills still live on inside the business, working together to solve innovation challenges for large organisations.
