It all began back in 2019, when both our co-founders, Vanshita and Abhishek, being in different parts of the world, and coming from the same textile business backgrounds, decided to focus on the problems of the textile industry and come up with IT solutions. Thus, began the research and problem-solving journey. In 2022, through mutual friends, we met at a coffee house, discussed our already done research and brainstormed ideas, before we designed anything, we started with a lot of research to nail down our strategy. We decided not to restrict ourselves to the Textile industry alone. It helped to think of MarkeTax as the brand to be Accessible, Approachable and Accountable to everyone with or without business. We kept in mind that everyone might have different report requirements, inventory management systems, and most of all, different business management techniques, so it should all add up.
