MarketOpen is a digital media and events business supporting ASX-listed and growth companies in communicating effectively with investors and market participants. Founded in Perth during the pandemic by experienced Western Australian investors with backgrounds across the Australian, British, Canadian and US markets, MarketOpen is led by Managing Director Stewart Walters. The business was established to address the gap between formal market disclosure and sustained investor awareness. Through its flagship platform MarketOpen.com.au and an expanding digital distribution network, MarketOpen provides coverage of ASX-listed and global mining, energy, technology and biotech companies. Content is designed to extend the life of company announcements, ensuring key messages remain visible beyond the initial market release. MarketOpen produces original written, video and podcast content, including interviews with Managing Directors, CEOs and board members. These are complemented by in-person Investor Sundowner events and online Direct Connect webinars, facilitating structured engagement between company leadership, brokers and investors. MarketOpen’s core capability lies in amplifying market-sensitive information through coordinated, multi-channel campaigns that are controlled, compliant and aligned with listed company communication standards. We work closely with management teams to ensure messaging accuracy while improving consistency, reach and long-term investor visibility.
